I'm just curious how people have setup their 15-1994 remotes. What sort of key mappings and/or macros do you have programmed? What advanced codes have you used for the benefit of humanity (or at least yourself)?
I've done the following: Moved the Receiver volume keys onto the volume kkeys for the TV/VCR/DVD/CD for receiver volume punch through.
I have S1 select the appropriate input on the receiver for the current device.
And I've got three macros: S4) Turn on TV/VCR S3) Turn on TV/VCR/Rcvr/Select Rcvr Vid-1 input/Stop CD Player S2) Turn on TV/VCR/Rcvr/DVD/Select Rcvr Vid-2/Stop CD Playerinput/Select TV Vid input/Open DVD drawer
(I have to stop the CD player because it's a hard on/off, is plugged into the receiver's switched outlet, and plays on power up. So my macro stops it :)
Anyone else have any useful setups?

I have a similar setup on My C7
l1 = select appropriate input, for the reciever device it selects Phono l2 alternate input - on the receiver it select TUNER on CD it selects MD which my cd optical output is plugged into
Power = macro All on (except VCR so it won't forget to tape) used to be on Macro until the wife said "Why don't I press Power to turn on the power/"
Macro = all off - on a C7 the Macro key is next to power
Macro 1 = VCR discrete ON
TV/VCR = macro tv device TV/VCR
I filled up most of the advanced codes/macro memory changing around the digits for the CD player so that 8 selects track 8 instead of disk 8 etc.
