Price is much cheaper st $250. I contacted smarthome and after a couple days they replied with:

"These are made for us by Mosaic, however it does not have the same part number or a firmware version. I'm told there are no firmware upgrades for this remote.
You have about 1 minute of back up power for changing the batteries and there is first a visual warning and then an audible warning when the batteries get low. We
also have no software for this remote."

Does anyone have any more detailed specifications, differences in features, etc? Smarthome is very slow to respond with information. I am just a little suspicious with the large price difference.
