The 15-1994 seems to work fine with my Toshiba TVs with one exception. When I go into the menu I can make changes to the picture but cannot figure out how to switch over to the audio, setup, preference menus. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I've tried to utilized the smart keys with no sucess as yet.

Reprogram the menu button with advanced code 701, then use key mover to copy the volume buttons onto the left and right arrow buttons, that'll fix it. If this is new to you, check out the instructions in the manual on my site. Rob. http://www.hifi-remote.com

Thanks a million. Worked great. In addition, I have an old Realistic (Radio Shack) URC model 15-1902. Is this the same as the 15-1901A listed on your web site? (Must be over 15 years old and still works great.)
