Does OFA have a "replacement" for the Cinema 7+ IQ in the works, anybody know? I know about the Director (no thanks), but that surely isn't OFA's answer to the under $30 remote. I really wanted to like the RCA RCU810, but without advanced function programmability (and it's too big!) it really isn't an option. Anybody have the "inside scoop" on something new from OFA? Seems like they come out with a new remote almost every year. Hope the next C7/C8/whatever has the ReplayTV and TiVo built-in! Thanx.

Expect to see ReplayTV and Tivo in future low end remotes; the codes are in the URC-4080 "Video Expert", a low-end 4-device remote that was released (I believe) in August 2000. Don't take this as an endorsement of that remote - I don't like it much; it doesn't have good DVD support and the keymapping for Tivo and ReplayTV are poor. It also doesn't have the JP1 connector.

Wouldn't the C8 essentially be the Producer 8 series? I too hope OFA learns to include more memory (no pun) -- enough for each and every button -- but when I spoke to them at CES they didn't seem to feel it was a big deal.
