I just got a 15-1994. I wanted to learn more about programming it, but I keep getting a 403 error:

You are not authorized to view this page

when I try to go to http://www.hifi-remote.com/

Any other sources for info?

Try this link on Remote Central. Its not as in-depth, but it has most of the programming functions described and is better than the terrible RS manual.

Hopefully, Rob will get his excellent site back up soon. We never know how much we miss it until its gone.

I e-mailed you a .doc version of Rob's 15-1994 Manual that I made one day. Its exactly the same (links to the sections, and back to the title page). I got fed up of having to sign on every time I wanted to tinker, and I just didn't want to waste the ink on a printed copy. I wasn't productive enough to try and put all of his advanced codes, discrete codes and device codes, maybe one rainy day soon. Hope this makes things easier.

The RemoteCentral site help a lot last night when I was trying to program my new 1994. The manual didn't tell me to change an AUX button to VCR before programing my DVD. But while looking for the advanced codes, I tried the www.hifi-remote.com site, it seems no one is able to get through to www.hifi-remote.com! Any ideas what is going on with the site. Seems like a lot information is now lost. Is there a parallel site we can try?
