I have programmed my Radio Shack 15-1995 for my Onkyo TX-DS474 receiver with the 0135 code. I cannot pull up the DVD menu option on the receiver to link sound to my DVD player. The advanced code list for 0135 states something about not being able to program a DVD button with this code. What can I do?

This seems to be an issue specific to Onkyo/Integra with the DVD option. The MX-1000 from Home Theater Master also had a hard time with the DVD commands. Do you have the original remote, and have you tried teaching the 1994?

Thanks for the reply Mike. I have the original remote, but I also have the RS 15-1995, which doesn't have direct learning capability (as far as I know).

Just received authorization from OneForAll to return my 8800 to be programmed with the 0842 code which is supposed to address many of the Onkyo related issues. I've read elsewhere that this is the code needed to operate many Onkyo and Onkyo Integra receivers.
