I have an Echostar Dishplayer and the 15-1994 remote does not have a code for it. I have use the learn feature to learn all the dishplayer remote codes to the 15-1994. I currently have Power configured to 1S. Can I have the actual power button on the 15-1994 learn the power button from the dishplayer. When I try to have it learn it doesn't flash rapidly when I click the power button. What buttons are fixed and can't learn anything?

Thanks

I have been able to learn all the other keys, but power must be a non-learnable key. Is this true?

Soounds like you have used up all the memory then, have you learned about 24 buttons? If so, it's full.

Had same problem with my reciver that was not supported so I just learned the "power" function to the stop button in the VCR function keys, you could put it on any unused key.

I got it to work on the power button. I think I was using too much memory on other buttons, so I cleared a few and it worked. Thanks
