For those of you who don't know, the squeeze trick is the method of chaning your TV's raster (height) settings to allow setting your DVD player to 16:9 and making your TV's geometry match to gain all the resolution an anamorphic DVD has to offer.
I can't get a macro fine tuned enough to change the HIT setting consistently. On my set, I squeeze by changing the setting from 6BH to 4CH; I can hold the button or press once for each increment. The problem is the macro's bursts of IR seem to be time inconsistently so one time I overshoot 4CH, another time I undershoot.
What I did was set up macros for everything BUT changing the HIT setting which I do manually. Does anyone have another solution?
