Is there a way to replace the light for the RS 15-1994? Everything works fine except that the light suddenly stopped working altogether. The unit is about 8 months old. Thanks.

Mine stopped working sooner than that. Before it quit altogether, a sharp rap would get it working okay for a while, but now it's totally dead. Somebody reported a while ago they took theirs apart, didn't find anything obviously wrong, put it back together and it the backlight then worked. Maybe one of these days I'll get around to trying it...
