How do I put a advanced code into a macro on a 15-1994?

Do I have to program a button with the advanced code,
and then put the button in the macro, or can I put
the advanced code directly in the macro?

Thanks!

Steve

You can do both.

Ok, so HOW do I use an advanced code in a macro?
Do I just use "" followed by the 3 digit code
where I would normally have a keypress?

Thanks,
Steve

The best way is to just program a button with an advanced code and then use it in the macro, but you could also program SETUP (green P) followed by the three digit number if you really want to, but I would expect that this would cause a greater delay in your device responding because it has to wait for the remote to do 4 key presses.
