Hi
I have the Pace DITV 1000 (digital box from Cable&Wireless/NTL) and the OneForAll 5 (new) remote,which is URC 7550 can anyone advise me of how to upgrade or set the code for this device thankyou

Hi Jonny,
the code is not in the memory of the URC7550. You have to contact the customer service to arrange an upgrade.
The remote has to be sent in.
