I'm assuming you have the Cinema7 users manual.
Your Go-Video may be either a DVD device or a receiver device or a VCR device or share codes from all.
Try the code search method using the receiver device button. See if you can at least find a receiver code that will power ON and OFF your Go-video.
Try the code search method using the VCR device button. See if you can at least find a VCR code that will power ON and OFF your Go-video.
If you find ANY code in ANY device that works POWER, then explore the buttons with that device code and make a note of which work what features on your Go-video. You can use the Key-mover feature to move them to the DVD device, or re-define the DVD device to be a receiver or VCR,
Then again, there simply may not be any codes in the cinema to run your Go-video. Your DVD player is probably newer than the original production date of the Cinema7 remote. Thus no codes were likely to be in the remote for your device.
There is limited LEARNING ability in the Cinmea. IF you can survive on just a few transport controls, you can probably teach them directly to the Cinema's DVD transport controls from your original Go-video remote. Despite what the Cinema manual says, you can learn on almost every key of the remote, not just the L keys.
Hope that helps.
