Most will laugh at the brand name DVD player I just purchased (Genica) however, It is a pretty good player and it plays everything (DVD, CD, MP3s, Karaoke CDs, and VCDs). It doesn't seem to be supported on the Cinema7 though. Does anyone know of any codes that will work with this brand? It's a Genica Kalua model GN-800.

Nope, never heard of it. Unless they happened to have used the same codes as some other brand, your best bet is to get a learning remote, such as the Sony VL900.

If you would like to know for sure what kind of signal they have used in the reote I would need to borrow it for a few days and I could then tell you if there is a code for it in any of the UEIC remotes (ie,One For All and Radio Shack brands)
