I have a Nevo Q50 which will not switch the input command correctly on a HK AVR247. Sometimes it works sometimes it does not. Has anyone else had that problem?

I have a S70 (my first one) that I am programing for a Client at the moment and I have a HK3380 Receiver in my equipment. I also found the Input codes to be flaky, so I used Hex Codes which worked better....strange!
