I know this is a dumb question but I can't find where to enter the HEX for a command directly into the software. I am programming a Q50 for a customer and in general have really liked the software. I just need to enter a few codes directly to finish up with the programming and am hoping that it has this functionality.
Thanks!

Under the Devices tab.
1. select device from pull down menu 2. click on the pencil icon "Edit Device" 3. click on functions tab 4. place a check in the box for the code you want to modify, or type in a new function and click add. 5. then click on enter hex code on the right

Excellent...Thanks!
And I assume that I can take a Pronto hex code (like those found here at RC) and put it directly into the software?

the nevo software will even take the pronto short form of hex as well, for example: 5000 0000 0001 0000 000A 0050 this RC5 code very clever! a lot of software won't, are you listening URC?

I haven`t tried RC5 Hex Codes.
I only tried 900A (NEC1) which did not work. I just thought it would be a given that RC5 wouldn`t.
Do all RC# Protocols work?
