Hi All,
I just unpacked a new S70 remote to be added to an existing setup that includes another S70 and a Nevo-Connect.
On first power-on I was asked to select the z-wave region with the options on (US, Europe, Asia). Accidently I selected the region to be US rather than Europe and now the remote will not work with the existing setup which is configured to use Europe region.
Does anyone knows of a way to "hard reset" the device to its factory settings so I can re-select the Z-Wave region or of a way to change the Z-wave region through a PC?

i dont remember the US version of the S70 asking me to input a region. (i have only done a couple of them though)
You might have better lucky submitting a trouble ticket in the dealer section of the mynevo.com website.

Hi,
That does not make sense. The region is set in NevoStudio Pro not the remote.
The region is set via a physical chip and can’t be changed. That is why a remote in the US will only work in the US and one from Europe will only work in Europe etc. The IR and wifi is fine but Z-Wave is not.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. I've never had to change the region setting, but I know I've seen it in NSP.
