check in the settings section on nevostudio pro. you probably have the settings disabled. correct this, then reload the program into the remote.

thanks duck tape. I have the settings enable but i think the calibration has shiffted. I could get to that screen when i was setting up remote. Is there a way to get back to factory settings? thanks in advance

if settings are enabled, then doing a hard reset should boot the remote into the setup menu. just open the battery door and slide the switch off, then back on again.
