I have the original Nevo, SL?, and now have all Vista PC's. I have read on these forums that i need the 2.0.2 version of nevostudio. Well long story short I went to call my dealer and they are no longer in business. I called Nevo who told me to call UEI who told me to call local dealers here in AZ. After calling six dealers non of them are able to help me without buying a new remote. I know that this is just a download and i've used my tech knowledge to try to get around this but still stuck. I have recently upgraded my set up and need to adjust my nevo programming but can't :(

did you register your original copy?  all you need to do is use the original copy on another computer that runs on XP, register the software, then you will have access to the dealer section of the nevo website.

I didn't, my dealer may have i don't know. I had it running on an XP box that I wiped out for Vista a while back. I used the program to program the remote and once I was done I never used it again and forgot I even had it. Now when trying to install on vista I get the compatibility error. I tried to run in xp compatibility mode but it doesn't work.
