NSP was designed to work with all versions of Vista excluding the 64bit versions.
Unlike NS with was patched (2.0.2) to make it work with Vista.

Doesn't work on my Vista X64 machine, throws an error saying that it doesn't support my processor type. FYI, I have dual Harpertown CPU's, but I'm not sure why that would matter. I have just about every other possible software running on this. Not a huge deal I use it mostly on my laptop anyway that runs XP. Or you have virtual machine on my Desktop if I really need it.

My laptop is running Windows Vista with a 32-bit system.
So will the Nevo S70 and Q50 work fine with it ie. for programming?
Are the Nevos easy to program?

Are the Nevos easy to program? I have been programmin with NSP and my own S70 and Q50 on a Vaio laptop with Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit with no problems at all. The Nevo Studio Pro software actually is fairly easy to use and they have lots of great training videos and tech bulletins available.

UEI needs to get with the program and start supporting 64bit, like everyone else.

For f#$k sake.
It is coming! Have some patience.
I would expect that kind of comment from a newbie not a Senior time member!
Serious question. How many custom programs out there support x64? I know none of the ones I work with do.

I have been running 64-bit Vista for ages....over two years on my laptop and longer on one of my desktop computers.
Nevo Studio Pro is the only program I have ever run into that won't run on them. It's been through enough updates now that I don't think annoyance equates with impatience anymore.
At this point, this is beyond inconvenience. They really are behind the curve. I went to Costco to buy a new computer for my parents last month- every single model they sold came with a 64-bit operating system.

Thanks for having my back Brody. My old laptop was stolen a few months back and my only chocies were cheap ones running 32 bit, good ones running 64 bit, or ordering a new one and waiting. Waiting wasn't an option, I had a system to go program in the morning, so 64 it was for me. BTW, I went to 6 different stores that evening trying to find a 32 bit laptop.
As for what runs on 64 bit? URC and RTI both run on it just fine, and I don't use Pronto.

Ok.
Interesting.
I believe that NSP will be 64bit in the next version.
I have note see a similar thing here in Australia. The hardest thing is getting a laptop with XP.
Vantage - 32bit only Axium - 32bit only Xantech - 32bit only NSP = 32bit only Meridian - Last I looked only 32bit Imerge - Xiva media 32bit
These are progams I use on a regular basis. To my knowledge none of these are made to work with 64bit.
