Hello guys,
I purchased a Q50 last year, the remote works perfectly and I'm really satisfied, but I got a big problem with the software: I cannot program my remote anymore without with Nevo Studio Pro, my original CD won't install on my XP x64, and I need release 2.x

I am regularly registered to mynevo.com, but the website do not make me access anymore, I wrote several emails but I got no answer, I also request the password to my email, and the password is correct !! but the login fails in every attempt...it's been 5 days....

I would be grateful if you could help me: do you have a link, a place on the web, anything where I can download a copy of NevoStudioPro 2.x ?

Pleae, let me know...

ciao,
ruva

Are you an authorized Nevo Dealer? If not, you will likely receive little help, as they are very restrictive with whom they release their software to, and rightly so.

If you are not a Nevo Dealer, I suggest you contact your local Dealer, and have them fix the programming for you. If you aren't a Dealer, you should not have the software.

I am not a dealer, and obviously I wasn't aware of their selling policy.
I have a sale receipt as proof of purchase, I thought that was enough !
It's weird that in ebay typing NEVO bring dozens of sellers, with excellent feedback, that are in this business since years... Why they do not nlock this sales ?
Anyway...thanks for the information.

ciao,
ruva
