I have a Nevo Q50 and NevoConnect. I've been very happy with it for roughly a year (purchased 4/08). Within the last week or so, I've had connectivity problems between the Q50 and the NevoConnect.
They regularly lose touch with each other. The Q50 then goes into "Find" mode. If I hold it close to the NevoConnect, they find each other again, but it happens again after a few minutes more use.
Any ideas?
I've changed nothing about my set up. I keep the Q50 charged. My set up presents no real connectivity challenges -- the NevoConnect sits in the back, side part of a relatively small room.

Hi,
First try an optimize. This is in the settings menu under ecosystems on the remote.
If that does not help then the easiest test to do is to unplug the NC-50 and take it to another location (work) and see if it works OK. No need for the emitters as each port will flash anyway. If it works then there is an interference issue at home. Possibly the neighbors have something new? If it fails there they talk to Nevo tech support as something may have failed.
This is only basic fault finding but effective.
