hiya guys hope all well
after spending dome time looking through the forums i cant find any help regardin getting the browser to work on my s70......when im in studio pro i add addresses to buttons and wen uploaded and buttin clicked all i get is a blank html page
im connected to my wireless network so it says !!
really would appreciate some help.... thx in advance

Did you try in the emulator in Studio? High light the Icon you want to be the link to the web. once outlined then go to the properties and action tab in the lower right corner. Click action, click the Globe and enter the info required.... If the remote says you connect then you connect...You may want to check the Access point or Wireless router an see if the Remote MAC is in the attached devices list. If not trouble shoot... You pretty savvy with networks and IPs

hi thx for getting bk to me...appreciate your time
have tried running emulator and its seems fine, made the url google which shows up ok.but not on the remote itself........
structure....router ssid section8 with usual password bla bla gateway 192.168.2.1
also does not show im connected on router in dhcp list only laptop im working on....shows up not the remote
remote...wifi connected to section8 through static ip..cant connect on dynamic ??? shows list of available wireless networks
studiopro settings..nevo system settings wifi tab.setup to connect to section8 with passphrase ect
wen i try on the remote i get blank page saying cannot find server or dns error
its a headache really would appricate some time if u got spare

I'll help you out
Do and IPCONFIG at the prompt on the PC that is working and post it. What kind of ROUTER or AP?
Yes it should easily do DHCP....

does your remote show full reception on top bar? or does it just show a dot ?
try removing password from wireless router jsut to test it . .

yes wireless shows on top of screen full bars.......says im connected to my wireless network.but does not show in my router.and that is static not dhcp on the remote..........doesnt seem to connect to my network on dhcp.althought the router is on dhcp

Can you ping the remote? Or traceroute to it? You do not see it listed on in the active clients? SSID is case sensitive...
Have you tried it with no WEP?

if it can help i couldn't access my WIFI after lot's of help and suggestions form dealer i decided to de install and re install all even the windows mobile software and voila works like a charm
