If you are referring to the RTS RF controlled Somfy products, then the answer is yes.

It's actually very easy.

Use the 5 channel or the 16 channel RTS universal interface from Somfy.

5-channel interface...

16 channel interface...

These units have IR and RS-232 connections, and can communicate to shades/blinds up to 30 feet away. To extend the range from the interface to the shades/blinds, use the Somfy RTS RF repeaters.

Aidan, I do not know if you are a CI or an end-user... If you are an end user and your drapery/shade contractor is not familiar with these items, then any integrator who uses Draper can order these for you.

Draper's motorized shades are available with Somfy RTS technology, and they re-sell the RTS interfaces to their dealers at competitive pricing.

I bought the Somfy Universal RTS interface, but it doesn't accept IR signals straight out-of-the-box. If you open the unit up it has three metal pins for 'IR sensor input'. Does anyone know what this is for? The manual simply states "connect an infrared sensor to the indicated terminal on the bottom of the interface control board".

You have to buy IR input cables.

I heard Somfy has been showing off a Z-Wave version of their shades and if this is true, it means that you'd be able to control their shades with 2-way feedback to a Nevo controller.

The only issue is when they are bringing these out. You should probably ask your Somfy distributor and/or rep for more details.

I do know that Techniku does have Z-Wave enabled solutions, so may want to check that out.
