With the Nevo Q50, what are the limitations with controlling the Russound CAM6.6 system? Will I be able to control everyzone? will all sources work with the remote as well?

Hi,

Depends on how you are controlling the Russound.

I am not familiar with this product but assuming that you are controlling via IR or RS232 then the only limit will be the availability of codes. I would like to think that because the Russound is a custom product then it would have a full code suite available.

Hey dude, if you use a Q50 along with the NevoConnect and Serial Module - you can control each zone independently, bass/treble/balance per zone, all on, all off, control any rnet devices hooked up to the CAM ie iPod Dock. You will need to program in the RS232 Codes or you can download my Q50 program in the Nevo File section called - Drew's Multi-Room - its has most of the RS232 Codes for Russound. I didn't do the bass/treble/balance.

Cheers,
Drew
