Hi to all. I need help. I have a Nevo SL that I created my own setup. I recently got a new lap top with Vista and now I can't load the Nevo Studio. I have read the other posts about being able to download it form Nevo. The only problem is I'm not a dealer or installer. I'm just a computer guy who likes to design is own remote. Is there anyother way of getting the software? I respect everything that you installers and dealers do. But if I can't get the software for myself then I have spent money on what would be now a worthless remote. I would like to add my new Blu-Ray player and amp to the remote but have no way of doing this. Anything you guys or gals can do to help would be great. Thanks in advance.

Try contacting the store where you purchased the remote. They should be able to et you a copy.

Sorry to have to say this, but if you bought your Q50 used and can't register it, you're kind of screwed. On the other hand, if it's a new unit, it should have come with the software. As sydinstaller said, your installer/dealer/store should be able to provide a copy. When registering the new software, do it as an installer or dealer to enable full online access.

Sydinstaller that is my problem. I purchased the Nevo when I lived in Florida. I now live in Colorado and the Florida company is out of business. Hands seam to be tied on this one!!
