Are there any installers who actually work with Nevo products who can clarify exactly which of the accessories used with the NC-50 MUST be Nevo. Other threads have indicated that the video & voltage sensors must be Nevo, but I'm looking for confirmation and wondering about the serial module as well.

They MUST be Nevo Accessories.
The Voltage Sensor and Video Sensor MUST be Nevo in order to achieve the required result. The Serial Module though can be sourced else where but cost is approx about the same via 3rd party suppliers. The Nevo Serial Module is about $70 retail - and easiliy available from any Nevo distributor. Contact your installer.
