Anyone else had a problem with the Q50 communicating with the Dish Network VIP 211 receiver. We have deleted and readded device, even did a total reprogram on the remote. It will not even change the channels on the Dish receiver. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm not too familiar with Dish Network (I use mainly DirecTV), but maybe the box is still setup to be controlled via RF and not IR. I know that I've found myself trying to blast commands to a DirecTV box in frustration just to realize that my butt forgot to disable RF control.
Anyhow, just a thought.

Go to system info and tell me which IR code you are set on. You may have the wrong code, there are 15 possible and the Nevo only shows IR 1 as their command set.
