Is there a "safe" way to unplug the NEvo device from the computer?? I had thought that like other USB devices there would be a safe way to unplug?? I cant seem to find this or it isnt working.

Also for some reason the microsoft program add on (i forget the name) needed says there is an error when I try to open it, but it doesnt stop the device from working or trasnferring the data.

Any help would be appreciated.

After I download the program, I just pull the USB out and have not had any problems. Keep in mind that the computer will say that the program is downloaded, but the screen on the Nevo is still spinning. Wait for the Nevo to stop and show the Home page. Wait abit longer as I have seen the Home page show the Nevo logo and spin for a second longer. This is with XP

Hmmmm... Last night my vista crashed after I pulled out a USB Memory stick! Vista is fussy about these things...
