Hey gang

Trying to decide upon a new remote...I have previously owned a few Pronto models (back in the day) and most recently the Logitech 880 and 1000. I hate the 1000, and I have since sold it.

I know the SL has been discontinued...but if you could get one new for $450~ (including the Nevo Link), would you do it?

Or, would you go for the newer...Q50 at a slightly higher price?

Or, would you hold out for the even more expensive, soon to be released Nevo S50?

Thanks for any/all help!

Well, it really depends what you are looking for… If you are looking for a good set of hard keys for only AV control, I would say a NevoQ50 and NevoConnect set would be your best choice. If you’d like to have WiFi for digital media and internet browsing (plus the AV control using a NevoConnect), then you can wait for the upcoming NevoS70 with a bigger screen and so on… Though I would say in general I prefer the latest and greatest over the older NevoSL which we already received the EOL email for… I just love the instant ON feeling of Z-Wave plus the sensor features of NevoConnect, haven’t really used the serial just yet.
