Hi guys, have two issues and was wondering if anyone could help:

1) When the remote goes into sleep (the screen goes black), the only way to wake it up seems to be the menu button or the home button on the side. Is there a way to set it so any button wakes it up?

2) I have two Q50's in my config (living room and bedroom sharing ONE nevo connect - is this possible? I am getting an error:

Here is the error: "Static UC is not found or unavailable. Please perform a factory reset and rebuild Z-Wave network. Press Yes to do factory reset."

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

1) Q50 will wake up with any of the hard keys or the touch screen, I have not seen the behavior where only specific keys can wake the device up...

2) The first time I download a project to Q50 it asks me to run through a wizard which will make one of remotes the main primary and after adding the NevoConnect, it asks for other controllers and I add the other remotes to the network. Did you follow the steps? I have setups same as yours with no problem... Here is something you can try, re-add the second Q50 to the network again, I think it updates the Z-Wave network info. Also make sure you do not "Start a new network" on both Q50s.

In Z-Wave, you have to select a Q50 as primary which starts a new network and then "Join an exisiting network" on the other Q50s.

Hope this helps...

Thanks! I noticed this aspect was not covered well in the Nevo trainining modules.
