Can the NevoLink (using the IR emitters) control more than 6 equipment? If so, how? What size IR Emitter plug does it use (e.g. standard 3.5 mm)?

HI Joe,
Yes, I think it is 1/8" (3.5 mm). I assume it has enough power to run a few "double" emitters. You can also use the NevoLink itself to "blast" a significant area. The front of the NevoLink has 6 IR blasters which cover a lot of ground. If you can position the Link itself above and slightly in-front of your equipment rack, you may not need any (or as many) emitters.

The nevo links use a smaller jack then the standard ir emitters, also when you plug in a emitter in the back it disables one of the blasters, if you plug in all six emitters it will not blast ir. If you wanted to use a connecting block you would have to make an adaptor cable by splicing on to one of the nevo emitters.

Or get a 3.5mm to 2.5 mm adapter at Radio Shack. I've got a few of them plugged in with Xantech emitters and they work fine, you have to grind some of the molded plastic on the adapter to get 6 to fit on the NevoLink though.
