i used my sony remote to turn on and off my home theater system, i just added a wii to my system. like to program to turn off and on with my sony. can anyone help me!!!!

I don't think you will be able to. There is no IR input on the WII. The bar is an ir emitter. If you don't belive me, set up some candles about 7in apart.
