Why can i not register online or get firmware upgrades???

I click Help>Register Online

Then i get

Remote connection fails with operation timed out
please check your internet connection and try again.

This happens at work and home.

What am i doing wrong

Sure you properly registered as a user? If so, you should have access to the upgrade stuff as well as the FAQ. Dealers and installers get access at a deeper level.

I might try registering again and see if that fixes the problem.

Maybe you have a firewall running and NevoStudio is not trusted? Also make sure you are running version 364 or later...
