Got a new special edition Nevo for Christmas, and started to set it up last night. I left it charge overnight (Base glowed blue), but it will not turn on at all (turned the power knob up, then down, tried pressing nearly every buttom...)

Do I have a dead unit? Or is there a way to reset. I'm bummed....

Did you flip the power switch under rubber protector on the left side of the remote? The cover has the USB symbol on it.
