Just wondering if any of you regular users have encountered this issue with Nevo Studio.

I obviously have the latest version.

On numberous files, especially large ones I have created for customers and myself, occasionally the buttons, when dragged and dropped instantly take up the whole screen of the remote , or they go transparent and dissapear into the background of the screen.

When I have this problem, it then does it on every page, and no amount of resetting, reinstalling fixes the problem. I find I have to start again, or do a long winded cut and paste of an exsisting project, which makes a real mess.

Any ideas? I have contacted Nevo Support, for about the 20th time, with yet another issue and I have never had a single reply.

I've never seen it. You are using version 2.0.1.589?

The problem you are having ususally happens when a project that was created in the 1.0 or 1,1 versions of NevoStudio is uploaded from the NevoSL back into NevoStudio
Because Windows CE substantially enlarges image files when they are converted from WindowsXP, when they are uploaded back into the PC (and Windows XP) the images files are merged into the backgrounds in the Nevo projects.

The fix is twofold:
1. On Home pages, and other pages where you have custom' buttons, you will want to drag a copy of those buttons and drop them on top the ones already existing on the page. The once you are done with that, you can drag a copy of the background from the background gallery and drop it on the page. This will totally "fix" the page.
2. On pages in a devce page collectio that were created using the 'Add Device Wizard" - just drag a "theme" from the Theme gallery over the whole Page collection and drop it. This automatically fixes both the buttons and background.

This issue is not a probem, if you are uploading a project from a NevoSL that has either the 1.2 or 2.0 version software - into NevoStudio 2.0
