I downloaded and installed version 2.0 on my computer. When I try to update my Nevo, the firmware downloads to the device up to 97% and then fails.

Has anyone seen this before?

I would really appreciate any help.

Thanks.

I had this problem. It was down to the Nevo registration process requiring more info than was originally requested when I first installed NevoStudio (I think the first version I had was 1.1).

I think I solved the problem by removing all versions of Nevo from my PC and re-installing V1.1 (since this would effectively be the same as a first installion of NevoStudio, it requires you to go through the resistration process again). This time round the registration process asked me for company name and location (which were both mandantory fields). Don't worry about this too much - I'm an end user and just made up the data!

hope this helps.
