Hi Christian -

I went into my remote file and just clicked on "ADD IR FUNCTION" and it gives me a choice of "learning" the function or entering a hex code. I select "Hex" and then a blank box appears for me to enter the hex code.

Hi Stealth,

Yes, completely uninstall the old version and install 2.0

If you tried to do an upgrade to 2.0 online, via Nevo Studio, once it recognizes you have another version installed, it usually halts the install and then puts a shortcout on your desktop, labeled "resume Nevo Studio install" or something close to this.

Give me a call if you need assistance. 650-591-2110

Good luck - Dave

The "Enter Hex Code" option was not available on the 1.2 NevoStudio version,

I found out that sometimes Hex code that I've copied from the ProntoEdit software could not be entered on the NevoStudio, an non acceptable Hex code message appears.
