Also - make sure you update ALL of your Links to the latest firmware (feature now available in NevoStudio) and I have had no problems since converting my remotes to Static IP... DHCP doesn't work on the remotes for whatever reason, just keeps losing connections...

I installed nevo studio 2.0 and updated the firmware on my nevoSL.
Worked like a charm for me.

Since the download has beed removed or protected, is there any chance somebody could post it to the files section on this site.

i downloaded activesync with the install. my computer has 7 usb's, i usually plug my nevosl in the front and did this install with the nevo sl in the front.

for the people that did get it to work did you get the same checksetup error pop up unable to launch nevosoftwaresetupwizard.exe after clicking the checksetup install file. i did and had to run the nevosoftwaresetupwizard.exe on its own.

i don't have this zip file anymore and now have to wait until they release it again.

The NevoStudio update is still available for download. I just checked the dealer section on mynevo.com and the download link functions (the link in the above message does not function for me).

The download package includes activesync 4.1 and it will be automatically installed when you run the CheckSetup executable. During my first installation attempt I also got an error reported (the path used by CheckSetup was incorrect). After I moved the installation files from 'My Documents' to another folder on my C: drive it installed without problems. Also my firmware update was successful.

i don't see the 2.0 listed anymore anywhere in the dealer section.

it looks like my remote is stuck and is telling me to download a nevo project and it looks like active sync can't find the nevosl

where are you people from that got nevostudio 2.0 to work and didn't get it to work. this update could be only for europe and not usa.

I am in Europe (The Netherlands) but I suppose www.mynevo.com is global.

After I login into the dealer section the menu on the left starts with the 'FAQs' and ends with 'NEW! NevoStudio 2.0'. By clicking the last link I get an overview of the new features and a link for the download.

sorry i don't see it, maybe it has to do with what ip address you log in with and sees where you are. anyway the site is global but why can't i see this update.
maybe you are registered as a distributor instead of installer

Apparently the file that was available is not the release version. In reading through the NevoSL Device Update Utitily Read Me.pdf file, on page 3, it mentions that the final release version will be 2.0.0.582 or higher. The file I downloaded was 2.0.0.528.

they put back some stuff
in Knowledge Base under nevosl and nevostudio they list the NEW! things again but when i click them i get this"Unauthorized-You do not have view permissions for this page." im registerd in nevostudio as a installer.
maybe they are updating it now

I checked my version numbers.
The file I downloaded was named 'NevoSL_2_0_0_528.zip' but the version in the about box of both NevoStudio and the NevoSL is 2.0.0.582. I checked the download page again and it is updated. Now there is a note that the installation folder should not be placed on the desktop to avoid an error when running CheckSetup.exe and the download file is now named 'NevoSL_2_0_0_582.zip'. I also downloaded this file and binary compared it with my original download and they are the same! It seems that they made a mistake in the file name and have now renamed it.

Anyone figured out how to get the MCE support to work?

I've used 2.0 for a couple of days, and I must say it's a big improvment. It's almost like a completly new software. Thanks UEI!

I have downloaded NevoStudio 2.0.0.582 and cannot now update my NevoSL, either with new OS or, more importantly with new project files. It just can't find the attached Nevo.

I can't use the wifi download feature because the wifi config is currently broken - hence the requirement to download a new project file. Doh!

I have Activesync 4.1.0 which tells me that it is connected and Synchonized to the Nevo.

Help.
