I've purchased a NevoSL from ebay, however the NevoStudio s/w supplied is a "pre-release" version - consequently I can't register the s/w online (see [Link: remotecentral.com]).

Anyone have any suggestions on how I can get hold of the correct s/w (I'm in the UK). I would be greatful if I could avoid the "should have bought it from a reputable dealer" responses. It would be a shame to have to return it/get refund (I'm covered by the buyer protection), 'cause the Nevo itself is in immaculate condition.

I thought I post an update on my situation in case anyone else has the same problem.

The NevoStudio shipped with my remote (1.0.0.344) was an "unofficial" version due to a manufacturing problem.

I have to say I'm pretty impressed with the product support. I bought my Nevo from ebay (completely unused, at half the price of what it normally costs in the UK, from a guy who won it in a competition!). I contacted Armour Home Electronics (who distribute the Nevo in the UK) who helped me even though I wasn't the original purchaser of the remote. I received an email from the Product Marketing Manager in The Netherlands explaining the problem with the software, who is shipping me the correct version, and Armour are providing details of my nearest installer to provide future/long term support, if required.

Not bad at all.
