Hello all...New to the Nevo

I have 1.1 and did the update, started the loading of it to get this:

msiexec.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

I seemed to load and then started a new loading program and then 1/2 way through it It crashes my computer

It does this on my Laptop and desktop...not feeling good about this remote so far

Any ideas on what I should do from here??? Maybe just stick with selling RTI and Crestron

I've never had such problems. I've programmed 3-4 so far.

I agree, it's by far the best remote out there.

-Super easy to program
-customers LOVE the ergonomics (even though the T3 looks similar, it just feels totally different in the hand, plus the T3 has an awfully generic build quality to it, it feels like it would break just looking at it wrong)

I would highly recommend getting a login for the dealer section to mynevo.com and watching the training modules or if you are ever at EHX or CEDIA or any local AVAD reps, they do live training their too.
