when my nevo is in the cradle or just sittin on the couch and it has not been used for a while the buttons dont work for a while.... i have to press the macro button 4/5 times to get it to send ir.

it also does not send the descrete on command for my dish 921 hdtv sat receiver. it used to work.... maybe its time to upgrade the firmware?

Ed will be known as the Tiger Woods of the integration business, followed closely with the renaming of his company to "Hotties A/V". The tag line will be "We like big racks and tight holes"...

Do you have wifi turned off? If it is not turned off (disabled) in the software, the remote will try to connect before executing any commands, even the devices that are set to ir.

i havent suffered the problems you mentioned. i've only suffered from delays due to an oversized file, but i've rectified it for the most part i think. since the download it wont react on the 1st press now and again (although it ALWAYS sends an IR command when the screen isnt lit -contrary to what the DL was supposed to accomplish!). and as for waking up it takes about a second for mine to wake up on the occassion i havent played with it for awhile -not often. ; )

I'm with Stealth X on this one.

You might want to call their tech support and see what's up.
