Since our "friends" at UEI have totally washed their hands of all their past customers, does anyone have a solution for resurrecting a Q50 which locked up during the recommended firmware update? I have done an awful lot of these things but never seen this to be non-correctable.
I have:
- reset unit from reset button in back
- powered up/down
- attempted to redownload program
- attempted to reload new firmware
- removed battery power internally
No results!
