I have a Nevo S70 that will not connect to my laptop using a usb port keep getting message the laptop will not recognise nevo have downloaded nevo software latest version the MDC Dose not recognise remote any help welcome please

Im using a usb port the remote tells me its connected then disconects after a few seconds
