Hi.

I have a NEVO S70, a NEVO CONNECT, 1 Z-WAVE switch and 2 Z-WAVE dimmers.
Everything works fine at the moment, but I'm planning to expand my lighting controls with some more dimmers/switches and some fixed wall switches.

My question is if I can associate 1 Z-WAVE wall switch with my existing dimmers via the NEVO S70? I want to be able to control the lighting without necessarily having to use my remote to do it, EG. flipping the switch in the hall to turn on the lights in the living room and kitchen at the same time.

My Z-WAVE dealer says that this is possible, but I cannot find any information to support this in the NEVO knowledgebase.

Do I have to buy some PC programming device to associate the different devices, or can I do it all in the NEVO?

Regards.

I assume that you are using the s70 as a "master" controller for your lighting system. Add in the new switches/dimmers to the Nevo software and then when you fire up the remote with the new program follow the instructions on the remotes screen to associate the dimmers/switches to the simple names that you gave them in the software.

The remote will now control the new dimmers. You can use a macro to set a particular scene.

If the lights that are in the kitchen and living room on a different circuit you will have to read the setup of the lighting control system to see what you will need to set lighting scenes without a remote. Most likely you will need a scene controller installed and usually they need the lighting control manufacturers controller/software/dongle to set that up.

Unless I misunderstood the question.

Good luck.
