Greetings,

I have a problem with nevo connect. When I use one Nevo S70 remote everything goes ok.But when I define another Nevo S70 remote within the same nevo connect, it gets defined and it works well, but the previous one needs definition again!!When you define it it works and the other doesnt work and vice versa!!

Actually can I use two remotes withing the same nevo connect?

Thank you in advance,

You have to have both S70's in the same job file as the NC50.

If you haven't done so already, register at Nevo's Dealers Section and you will find a lot of help doc's and training video's there.

Are you using NSP3?

thank you man I already solved this issue!

But now I am having another problem: Nevo Connect Nc50 has 6 ports. And I have 7 devices,so I linked to devices in the same port.I am having a problem with 1 of the two devices linked together. It doesn't receive the signal! Is there anything I can do in the software to avoid this problem?>

By saying devices and ports I would have to ask if you are trying to run things with IR flashers.

I have both wired 2 flashers to one port and also used a premade cable with 2 flashers on it with no problems.

If you are using serial control on any of the devices they each need their own port.

2 quick things off the top of my head is one try adjusting the flasher output on the NC-50

the other is to go into programming and on the nevo ecosystem tab click on the nc-50. this will pop up a grey box and make sure configure connections is checked and click next. Then you will see the list of all your devices. Make sure that both of those devices are assigned to a port.
One thing I have learned in this industry. It is easier to pull a wire than it is to push one.

Also are you using a Dual Emitter (one on each device)?

Is there a way to use two different Q50s with different jobs and one nevo connect?
