Just got my Nevo C3 today, was able to program my TV, and Amp on it, but can't get my DirectTV box to work. I just got the box earlier this week, so don't know if maybe it's a new one without and Nevo codes yet or what. Here's the Info..

DirecTV DVR Model = HR24NC-200

When I get to the spot where it says to enter your DirecTV model number, that one doesn't pop up. An HR24 pops up, but it doesn't work when I test it.

Been a little frustrated with any online help from the makers of the remote, it's basically non-existant...

Any help is greatly appreciated!

are you trying to control it via IR or RF?

There should be an auto search feature.

Are you programming it via internet explorer or direct on the remote?
I strongly advise using the programming environment and not directly from the remote.

The controller says IR is on...I haven't tried to turn that off. I'll have a go at it now..

I tried the auto search feature, and went through all the different codes(40ish) that it gave me...No luck...

Thanks for the help you all. I'm not at all an expert, the a/v guy who sold me the remote said it should be pretty easy to set up once my DirecTV is installed. He'll be here Wednesday, but I'd rather get it figured now. I hate having new toys and not being able to use them...
