Hi,

is it possible to copy a (hex) IR code from one device to another in Nevo Studio Pro ?
Or export/Import ?

Yes, hex is usually pretty easy as NSP usually allows you continued access to the hex code after you paste it into a config. You could easily go to the hex and copy and paste even into a new config.

Sorry. Database codes cannot be copied.

What devices are you trying to use?

I have a Philips 46pfl9705 which is not in the mynevo database, so I took another one. I still tried all Philips devices and found out, that there are some useful buttons that I want. So I looked for some discrete codes but I didn't find them...

For example a discrete code for the info button.

The best thing to do is search Remote central for the codes.

Then Import the HEX codes into Nevo.

This will work 100% as it has no affect on database codes.
Also, don't forget you can use the "Advanced Keys" button to get more codes. This will work for codes that you found using the online search.

Start with a basic set of codes, say T0556.
Use the advanced keys to find as many database codes as you can.
Now press the yellow pencil (to the right of the device name in your device list) and add the missing commands via HEX.

OK, I now had a better solution. I search the Logitech db with my old harmony remote for a setup and there db seems to be more actual. Then I learned my Nevo with the Harmony ... and everthing works right.
