Nevo have updates the Sonos plug-in to support external volume control.

So now you can have a Sonos connected to an AV amp and controls its volume instead of the Sonos volume.

Just tried it and it work great.

Very nice. I just played with it and it worked well.

I guess the trick is to use multiple parameter sets (one for the receiver, one of the Sonos system volume, etc.).
