Hello. I am from Russia - country where bears ride on bicycles and drink vodka)

I recently moved to the new flat, where TV and Home Theater were operated by Nevo Q50. After turning electricity on, I found out that remote controller doesn't work and ask for upgrade. Unfortunately previous owner threw out all default remote controllers and also user guide and software for Nevo Q50.
When I find only one dealer in Moscow which officially serves Nevo - I heard that to bring my remote controller back to life I need to pay 250 $........ No coments. My opinion - they are crazy. Maybe in US it's normal payment for such service (I really don't know), but here for this price I can buy all default controllers and a bottle of good wine))))
Now, after reading some information about Nevo, I find out, that to upgrade my Nevo Q50 I need Nevo Studio Pro software. And now question - where can I find it? As I understand on mynevo.com can download files only dealers...... Need your help, I am really in the deadlock.
