Hows it going fellas, new to the site and im having some trouble. Ill start by saying that i wish i had found this site, or done some research before i bought my nevo c3 off ebay. now that ive turned u against me already, my problem...... my c3 is controlling a simple set up. denon a/v receiver, cable box in the closet, and a samsung plasma. i did the basic programming by using the remote itself, and seems to be doing its job quite well (knock on wood). There are a few functions i would like to add on the EZ-RC website, but it will not allow me to sign on. I have the software installed, and i registered, but when i try to sign on it brings me right back to the log in page. is this common? or can i not do it since i didnt buy from a certified seller? any help as to whats going on will be appreciated. thx

You installed the driver? The remote is recognized by the PC, and the little EZ-RZ icon is in your taskbar?

Kind of had that the other night. It would also do that occasionally at other points during the programming process... but I kept trying and it started working.

As you have probably all noticed by now, the EZ-RC.COM web site has closed down, so you can no longer update your Nevo C2, Nevo C3 or Xsight remote using the website.

So, this post is just to let you know that you CAN continue to update your remote using the free JP1 software.

Here is an article that describes how to get started:
